Research "Coffee" on the internet. Discuss the steps in preparing coffee for the market. Discuss the two main types of coffee plants. Follow the following instructions.
1. create a brainstorm/memory map (notes from our research)
2. from the brainstorm create an outline
3. from the outline create a one page draft essay.
4. write all sentences in present tense (e.g. they wash the beans, they dry the beans)
5. all sentences must not exceed 10 words.
6. essays not meeting these requirement will be returned to be redone.
